The regulated businesses had identified a vital need to renew their skilled workforce over the coming years. These businesses are all regulated and as such they needed to work in partnership with their regulators (Ofgem and Ofwat) to identify their specific needs and find the appropriate resources to fill the projected skills gaps over a 20 year horizon.
